SPECIALIZED ATHLETE PROGRAMS
In Koumis Personal Training we offer specialized programs for the
Maximization of performance in athletes from all sports (ages 13
years and over).
The programs operate as complementary training (functional
training), a coaching process that follows the athlete and is
adjusted according to age, sex, level of fitness or to focus on
improving an athlete’s weaknesses.
Functional training is composed of exercises that are aimed at
coaching an athlete to move beyond limits in a way that is similar
to their sport so that they can maximize their efficiency.
For this reason, the programs used in functional training exercise
machines like the *Cybex Bravo Functional Trainer, uses body
weight, free weights or tires on unstable surfaces.
